Narrative
PINAL CO., AZ – One person sustained fatal injuries Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash along the highway in central Pinal County.
The accident occurred sometime before 11 a.m. on OK-287 near East Adamsville Road, which is just southwest of Florence and about an hour southeast of Phoenix.
There’s no word yet regarding the cause of the accident, which police say involved a motorcycle and an SUV.
The motorcyclist died at the scene of the collision. Authorities have not yet released his identity to the public.
Officials closed lanes of traffic in the area of the crash while emergency teams worked at the scene.
